licensed to provide skilled care for up to 68 residents.
Pioneer Memorial Care Center is 100% Medicare/Medicaid certified and
provides an Alzheimer’s Unit, licensed skilled care,
short-term care and rehabilitative care for people who are
recovering from an accident, illness or surgery until they
can return to their own home. Services and amenities
available at Pioneer Memorial Care Center include:
