City of Erskine recruits businesses for development of an Industrial Park

The City of Erskine has 60 acres of land for the development of an Industrial Park.    Erskine is located in Polk County, Northwestern Minnesota approximately 90 miles south of the Canadian border and 55 miles east of the North Dakota/Minnesota border.

The city sits at the junction of two US highways:  U.S. Highway #2 and #59.  In addition to the highways, Erskine sits at the junction of two major transcontinental railroads Burlington Northern Sante Fe and Canadian Pacific railways.

The sites will have access and exposure to Highway #2 and the opportunity to have rail access as well.  Rail partners can provide transit options, cost savings opportunities, alternative capacity, and an environmentally friendly mode of surface transportation.

The city is searching for startup businesses, expansions and relocations.  Inquiries can be sent to the City of Erskine, PO Box 59, Erskine MN 56535 or by contacting the City Clerk’s office at 218-687-4646.
